Hi and welcome back to my kitchen. So with Easter just around the corner I really wanted to create a bunny inspired cake, in the style of the ever so popular unicorn cakes. The great thing about this cake is that is not just great for Easter, but if you have a rabbit lover who needs a birthday cake, or just want to create a fun design, this cake would be perfect.

The cake was made for 5 , 1 inch layers of vanilla cake, 6 inches in diameter. I have put a link below to the buttercream recipe.
