How to make silo aeration nozzle presure adjustment on MEKA concrete plants?

Task of Silo Air Preparer,when the Cement Flow has decreased, the Cement flow is regulated by air blasting to inside of Silo with certain period intervals.
The Air Pressure which incoming from Compressor is 6-8 bars and same air is given to output of Filter by passing from Water Holder and it enters to Manometer. The Air Pressure on the Manometer is adjusted as 0.5 bars and ,In case of need, The Air is given to system both manually and automatically ,by Selenoid Valve ( Brand :Ceme 220 VAC) which is located output of Manometer.
