Frelia, the second sister, use this song to build the second tower (or this is part of the song, or a loop, because the building take years). The expectation was the tower became the basis of the paradise called Metafalica (the dream).
There is also references of Raplanca's tree and, possibly, Frelia's childhood and her relation with Enja.

It's obviously based in EXEC_HIBERNATION. It's a long song, the singer voice envolve with it and with the thing that is created.
That's why Frelia, in the pictures, start like a little kid, grow up, and finish in the linkage suit. Oh, and Enja is there too! The blue kid and the wolf.

Hymmnos problems:
PIRTUE: it means "spirit", but Niji put it as "fairy".
MEMEMEKE PON: Frelia's creation. Make things appear, like a magic word.
PRANTA: fruit? Or maybe branches, treetop, foliage? The word is somehow similar to IMPLANTA (god's tree, fruit, seed).
The emotion sounds (the three words that usually begins the sentences, like "Rrha ki ra") change through the song. First the singer is "just a little happy". In the end, she is "bathed with happines". So, this time I thought important try to translate these sounds.
