Do you make space for your clients to voice their concerns during appointments, or do you just get the job done and send them on their way? 🤔

🌿 I prioritize creating an open space for my clients to share their experiences and concerns. For many, this loc journey is new, and they often face unique challenges with their hair texture that others might not fully understand. Having a safe space to talk through these experiences can make all the difference.

🌿 This client began her loc journey with me back in March. After her first two retwists, scheduling conflicts meant she was maintaining her locs on her own for the past 2 months. Recently, she noticed severe bunching and a loss of length, which left her needing reassurance and some extra care for her locs.

🌿 To help, I decompressed the locs that I could during her maintenance, extending and nurturing them to restore her confidence. She’ll be back in December for further body work to strengthen and restructure the body of her locs using the instant loc technique to support a healthier journey moving forward.
