How to:
step 1 - do an endorsement class / education test, and request an updated license.
step 2 - "get bill of sale" from xpro (seller), and take that with you to DMV.
step 3 - pay a weird California IRS tax....seriously, even if you're not a California resident you have to pay it before they register your bike. supposedly because they sell them out of California...whatever...it's only like $14 (one time payment).
step 4 - register, and request plates, tags, and title.
