hello guys note 1 kg but ojri recipe for home cooking.

ghee/oil 150g
cumin 1 tea spn
cinnamon 3 sticks
black cardamom 1
cloves 8
black paper 15
ginger garlic paste. 1 tbl spn
boiled tomato 2 medium size
boiled onion 2 medium size
salt to taste 1/2 tbl spn
tumeric. 1 tea spn
red chilli powder 1/2 tbl spn
coriander powder 1/2 tbl spn
boiled ojri / but 1 kg boil to ojri as per our video method
water for gravy 1/2 glas or as per requairment
garam masala 1 tea spn
kasoori methi 1 tea spn
garnish with green chilli & coriander leaves
