Bottom Heat Propagation - Early Start!

This is an improved/newer iteration of a larger scale bottom heat propagation system I've set up in the past. It is 2'x8' and can take on around 1000 cuttings at a time, or a mix of cuttings and root fragments I want to help stimulate growth on.
I'm not suggesting this as an appropriate investment in resources and materials if you are just starting out. This is to help me get a serious boost in rooting in advance of the growing season on some high value plants. If you are just beginning with propagation, perhaps watch this to get some ideas of how to make things simpler for yourself:
   • Propagating - Hardwood cuttings can b...   (rooting dormant hardwood cuttings in a more simple way)
I'll provide updates on how things root, and the other elements we add into this system as it moves along.

If you are interested in the components used, here are the two main elements I invested in. Try not to get them from Amazon :)
https://hydrofarm.com/p/JSHC48 - Heating Cable used in this project
https://hydrofarm.com/p/MTPRTC - Heat controller (not critical but helpful to dial in temp and reduce energy use)
I also used 2 bags of coarse horticultural grade perlite and 8-9 bags of 50 pound washed coarse sand as the central ingredient through which the heating cable ran.
This is one of the more resource hungry propagation techniques I'm up to, and I'm aware of that. I'm hoping this setup will be able to generate at least many hundreds of high value, long lived, food bearing plants in exchange for whats been consumed.
