Hair fall, hair thinning, and hair loss are common problems, but each has different causes and needs a targeted solution. In this video, Hansaji explains that hair fall is excessive shedding from the roots, often due to iron, vitamin B12, vitamin D, protein, or zinc deficiency, stress, PCOS, thyroid imbalance, or scalp infections. Hair thinning happens when strands become finer and weaker, often from hormonal changes, heat styling, poor nutrition, or low scalp circulation.
For Hair Fall:
1) Mineral-Rich Beetroot Tonic: Blend ½ cup fresh beetroot juice, 1 tsp soaked black sesame seeds, and a small piece of jaggery. Drink on an empty stomach to improve iron absorption, circulation, and root strength.
2) Bhringraj-Amla Pack: Mix 1 tbsp bhringraj powder, 1 tbsp amla powder, and 2–3 tbsp curd or aloe vera gel. Apply on the scalp for 30–40 mins and rinse.
For Hair Thinning:
1) Hibiscus-Fenugreek Mist: Boil 3–4 hibiscus flowers (or 1 tsp hibiscus powder) in 1 cup water. Grind 1 tbsp soaked fenugreek seeds, mix with hibiscus water, strain, and spray onto the scalp. Leave for 20–30 mins, rinse.
2) Sprouted Moong Protein Mask: Grind 2 tbsp sprouted moong, mix with 1 tbsp aloe vera gel and 2–3 tsp coconut milk, apply for 30–40 mins, rinse.
Extra Hair Care Tips:
1) White Hibiscus Bud Infused Water: Boil 4–5 white hibiscus buds in 2 cups water until halved. Cool, strain, and splash on the scalp before bed.
2) Soaked Charoli Seeds: Soak 1 tsp charoli seeds overnight, chew in the morning or blend with warm milk for fatty acids and zinc.
