In this vlog, I celebrate a major milestone – getting my driver’s license! Watch as I get my license, get some meal prep done, and hit the gym with my brother. It’s all about productivity and staying on track.

Recipe:

Ingredients (3 servings each)

Chicken breast: 1 piece each
Seasonings:

Chicken Teriyaki: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp mirin, 2 tsp sugar
Honey Teriyaki Chicken: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sake
Garlic Chicken: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tsp sugar, 3 cm tube garlic
Gochujang Chicken: 1-2 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tsp sugar

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. (Poking the meat with a fork helps the seasoning soak in better.)
2. Put the cut chicken and seasonings into a bag and gently knead to let the flavors absorb.
3. Let it sit for at least 1 hour before cooking.

I usually put the packed food in the freezer and try to eat it within two weeks. You can heat it directly, but it might be easier if you defrost it in the fridge 12-24 hours before heating (sorry, still experimenting with this!).
