DIY Fiberglass Motorcycle Seat Pan // 1972 Honda SL125 //Motorcycle Restoration

In this video I make a fiberglass motorcycle seat pan for my 1972 Honda SL125. I start by making the a mount for the motorcycle seat and move on to wrapping the bike with shrink wrap and finally lay up the fiberglas.

Then I glue and shape the foam and get it ready to send to the upholstery shop.

The motorcycle is a 1972 Honda SL125 that I bought from my daughter and I am in the process of restoring it in the style of something out of a zombie apocalypse. The project will include a custom paint job, custom side covers and I want to add an independent 12v system to run the signal lights.
