this video is about one of the most beautiful mountain place in Uttrakhand. it is called Akhorthat here. 

it is in Sar Badiyar village in Uttarkashi district. this place is right on the top of a big mountain. it is a huge plain area. very densely covered by green grass lands all over. so all the people raring animals in near by villages come here along with their flocks and stay here till the winter season comes. because once winter arives, this areas are totally covered by ice.

so some of the Gujjars from neighbouring states like UP and Rajasthan comes here with their animals, like ship, Buffalos,. and spend 6 months here.

with special permission from the forest departments are required for these people coming from other states.
