A recent article in THE NEW YORK (published May 7, 2018) details the sordid life of violence against women, drugs and booze of Eric Schneiderman, Attorney General of the State of New York.

The stories told by the women he abused are horrific. The double life he led as a sympathizer with the #MeToo movement while simultaneously abusing and sexually harassing women in every twisted way imaginable is shocking.

What bothers me most though is why the women he was "romantically involved with" stayed with him and endured month after month of increasing violence, verbal abuses, mind control games, gaslighting, and general weirdness ... and they were not his wife, nor his fiancee, nor dependent upon him for a roof over their heads or financial support. They were not the mother of his children either.

What motivated these highly intelligent, educated women to repeatedly leave and go back to stay with such sadistic Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde personality?
