President Macron stuns France, Europe and the markets with a snap parliamentary election. The shock move comes after Marine Le Pen's right wing party was the big winner in this weekend's EU vote. In Germany, Olaf Scholz's coalition is also a big loser as the AFD surges in the polls. The Euro weakens and French bonds are under pressure this morning.
