It's compatible with most Miele vacuum cleaner models!

This roller brush is great for picking up hairs (human & pet), thread, & fluff!
TurboTeq floorhead is most suited for short to medium pile carpets.
Regular floorhead that comes with most vacuum cleaner is called EchoTeq
Regular floorhead basically stick to the carpet and makes it very difficult to move!

On some carpets, you won't even be able to move the floorhead as it so much sticks to the carpet!

In contrast, TurboTeq floorhead moves very easily on carpet and doesn't stick because of the 4 wheels and the 1.5 mm gap! It makes vacuuming carpets so much easier.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to completely close the air let valve for short & medium pile carpets for maximum suction power.
Floorhead can rotate 360 degrees. The head has a very good flexibility and it can rotate 360 degrees.

LIMITATIONS
IMPORTANT: Don't use TurboTeq floorhead on highly valuable hand-knotted rugs and carpets! For example, don't use TurboTeq on Persian carpets!
Don't use TurboTeq on uneven surfaces as it could damage the roller brush.

Even though it's designed for carpets, I found it effective on laminate and ceramic floorings too. If you don't mind changing the floorheads, then, it's better to use EchoTeq on laminate and ceramic floors, etc. & TurboTeq on carpets only.

Maintenance
Hairs, threads, (anything long) could entangle around the roller! Particularly if the hairs are long! I don't think you'll have as much an issue if yours or pet's hairs are not too long.

Find the groove, you might have to turn the roller with your hand a bit.

Use a hair scissor with sharp tips. Put the scissor in between the hairs and the groove and start cutting the hairs.

NOTE: After cutting the hairs, you could run the vacuum cleaner without pulling the hairs out and it might remove the hairs automatically!

Another disadvantage of the TurboTeq floorhead as compared to the EchoTeq Plus, is that it's more noisy. Which makes sense because TurboTeq has got a rotating roller brush and that it's 1.5 mm away from the floor. Rotating Roller brush increases the noise, and the 1.5 mm gap helps the noise to escape.

The noise will be even higher on laminate and ceramic floors as the gap is further increased.

Even with a higher noise, TurboTeq still worth it!
