The Pittsburgh Steelers' plans in the NFL Draft will prioritize leadership and great locker room players, especially on offense. While the defense has successfully passed down quality leadership to quality leaders over the decades, the offense didn't get a chance to do that since Ben Roethlisberger, David DeCastro and Maurkice Pouncey all left the team within a year of each other.
