The customer's sample was quite long, approximately 1.8 meters, and required cylindrical three-dimensional welding, so we custom-made this machine to better suit the customer's needs.

This ultrasonic welding machine can smoothly connect both sides of cylindrical arms, cuffs, or tubes. During this process, the welding wheel is placed above the cylinder, and then welding is performed from the cylinder (such as the longitudinal seal of a cuff or filter bag).

Ultrasonic Sleeve Machine Features
1. The ultrasonic sleeve machine's flower wheel welding head is made of special alloy steel material and undergoes a special heat treatment process, featuring wear resistance and a long service life.
2. The sleeve machine does not require preheating during operation. Depending on material properties, continuous processing or short processing can be selected. It offers high speed, large-scale production, and the ability to turn corners. During processing, it does not emit smoke or sparks and does not damage the edges of fabric.
3. The ultrasonic sleeve machine is easy to operate and understand, allowing ordinary workers to operate it.
4. It uses 20kHz low-noise ultrasonic waves to prevent noise interference.
5. The ultrasonic sleeve machine directly sews various fusible materials, simultaneously creating slits and patterns, enabling the product to be formed in one step with no rough edges or loose ends.
6. The ultrasonic sleeve machine uses ultrasonic waves to perform edge sealing, hot stamping, and embossing of various patterns directly on materials, with power adjustable according to material type and thickness.
7. During pressure application, it can achieve printing and hot stamping functions.
8. Multiple machines can be combined into a specialized machine to complete wider products in a single operation, such as bedspreads or umbrellas. The entire machine adopts a cast structure, ensuring durability and superior welding, cutting, and embossing effects. The flower wheels and steel molds are made of special alloy steel. The flower wheels can be customized to create various complex floral patterns according to customer requirements; the steel molds are wear-resistant and have a long service life; the flower wheels and base molds are easy to disassemble and assemble, with flexible and quick eccentric adjustment, and easy leveling.
