Chive Pancake 韭菜煎饼

Ingredients (Approx. 6 pieces)
食材 (大约6个)

Chive - 30g, chopped
韭菜 - 30 克, 切碎
盐 - ½ 茶匙
Sugar - ½ teaspoon
糖 - ½ 茶匙
Plain Flour / All Purpose Flour - 1 teaspoon
中筋面粉 - 1 茶匙
Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
芝麻油 - 1 茶匙
Plain Flour / All Purpose Flour - 250g
中筋面粉 - 250 克
Egg - 1 egg
鸡蛋 - 1 个
Boiled Water - 80ml
开水 - 80 毫升

Directions 说明

1.Add in the salt, sugar, plain flour and sesame oil to the chopped chive.
在切碎的韭菜中加入盐, 糖, 中筋面粉和芝麻油。
2.Mix well, set aside.
搅拌均匀, 搁置备用。
3.Prepare the plain flour in a mixing bowl.
在搅拌碗中准备中筋面粉。
4.Add in the boiled water gradually.
逐渐加入开水。
5.Knead it into a dough.
揉成面团。
6.Mix it.
搅拌。
7.Add in the chive mixture and egg.
加入韭菜混合物和鸡蛋。
8.Mix it.
搅拌。
9.Knead it.
揉捏。
10.Cover it with the plastic wrap, sit for 30 minutes.
用保鲜膜盖住面团, 静置30分钟。
11.Remove the plastic wrap.
取下保鲜膜。
12.Knead for about 1 minute.
揉捏约1分钟。
13.Divide the dough into 6 small dough.
将面团分成6个小面团。
14.Fold the side to the center.
将一侧向中心折叠。
15.Flatten it with a rolling pin.
用擀面杖擀平。
16.Prepare some cooking oil in the pan.
锅里准备适量食用油。
17.Saute for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until light golden brown, flip over.
每面煎约2至3分钟或直至呈浅金黄色, 然后翻面。
18.Transfer the chive pancake onto a plate.
将韭菜煎饼转移到盘子上。
19.Ready to serve.
即可食用。
