Fighting continues in the contested Taiz province as troops loyal to Yemen's president say they are making gains.
Taiz lies on the way to the country's rebel-held capital Sanaa and would be a strategic victory for the fighters if they can secure it.
STORY-LINE:
Troops loyal to Yemen's president Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi are using heavy artillery to combat Houthis in rocky terrain.
They're trying to secure Taiz, 179 kilometres (111 miles) north of Aden.
Taking Taiz would allow pro-government forces to march north to the rebel-held capital, Sanaa.
After a long gun battle these fighters celebrate, sure of their impending victory.
"Thank God we managed to clear Al-Sharija, and we're now prepared and heading towards Al-Rahida and beyond," says one unnamed fighter.
But it's come at a cost.
Yemeni officials say recent fighting in the contested province has killed 47 people, nearly all of them fighters on both sides.
