This is the story of a girl Shilpi Jain and a guy Gautam Singh, whose deaths caused a havoc in Bihar in 1999. Their bodies were discovered in a semi nude state inside a car in a parking on 3rd July 1999. The police investigation and handling in this case came under serious questioning. Even before the police could secure the crime scene, the supporters of a politician reached the scene and created a lot of ruckus. This was a controversial case that came under scrutiny and the families were left dissatisfied with the findings of the authorities and the way the investigation was carried out.

यह एक लड़की शिल्पी जैन और एक लड़के गौतम सिंह की कहानी है, जिनकी मृत्यु ने 1999 में बिहार में तबाही मचा दी थी। उनके शव 3 जुलाई 1999 को एक पार्किंग में एक कार के अंदर अर्धनग्न अवस्था में मिले थे। पुलिस जांच और कार्रवाई इस मामले में गंभीर पूछताछ की। इससे पहले कि पुलिस घटनास्थल को सुरक्षित कर पाती, एक राजनेता के समर्थक घटनास्थल पर पहुंच गए और जमकर हंगामा किया। यह एक विवादास्पद मामला था जो जांच के दायरे में आया और परिवारों को अधिकारियों के निष्कर्षों और जांच के तरीके से असंतुष्ट छोड़ दिया गया।
