Slam the Gavel welcomes back Adrienne Miranda last on the podcast Season 4, Episode 103 and Brian Vukadinovich Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episode 13. We discussed the HOMICIDE case of Adrienne Miranda's son which happened on July 20th, 2006, with Brian Vukadinovich and WHY NOTHING IS BEING DONE. There are 12 Medical Examiners ready to go to this day. However, Prosecutor Scott Shellenberger is calling it "an accident." The Medical Examiners say otherwise.
Adrienne gave a background of her son's murder and how she has tried to get justice for her son and the roadblocks in her path. Brian Vukadinovich offered solutions to her frustrations with the system, one of which is to bring in a Special Prosecutor as there are 24 counties in Maryland and to get the case moved out of that county, out of Shellenberger's hands. A CHANGE OF VENUE IS NEEDED SO DESPERATELY, as there have been other issues Shellenberger has swept under the rug. JUSTICE needs to be brought forth. The time is now.
