Understanding Authentic Podcasts In A Foreign Language | A Listening Comprehension Journey

How do we go about developing the listening comprehension skills required to understand authentic content such as native-level podcasts? I've always been fascinated by this process and have been wanting to document myself going through it on this channel for a long time.
