"The obligation to bring them home is the greatest responsibility the global community bears today," beseeches broken-hearted Ayelet Levy-Shachar at the Munich Security Conference held in February. Standing in front of this important forum designed to debate the most pressing challenges of international security, Ayelet describes how her gentle and compassionate daughter Naama was brutally kidnapped into Gaza on October 7th and stresses the horrifying testimonies of the courageous survivors who were released from Hamas' grip of the physical and sexual abuse the women go through there. "As the urgency to free my daughter is greater than ever, it is crucial that such a forum, focused not only on global security but on human security, remind us all that there's no more urgent humanitarian crisis today," says Ayelet and compels the forum to act immediately and utilize their diplomatic influence to do everything they can to bring her beloved young daughter, along with all the hostages, back home safely.
