TranzactCard and Finmore will be shut down immediately, including all websites, social media, emails, and customer service.
We have all experienced frustration due to delays in the delivery of goods and services from the marketplace. Further, we have faced the repeated need to replace contracted banks and card issuers because of federal and state regulatory issues beyond our control. The direct sales industry also adds to the noise. Unfortunately, now the ability of TranzactCard and Finmore to achieve their respective goals has been irreconcilably affected by the launch of a competitive operation.
Due to the latest factor, a social media civil war has been escalating, polluting most digital communication channels. Instead of accusing or investigating any individual or group of individuals who may have breached non-disclosure agreements or other possible contract violations, both TranzactCard and Finmore have decided to cease all operations immediately without engaging in any cross-recruiting.
"I want to make it clear that I do not hold any competitors responsible for the delays or mistakes made by TranzactCard or Finmore. Instead of focusing on the work of TranzactCard, the changeover to Finmore has been the priority for most of 2024. This migration was requested by the Field Leadership Council, not the corporate. The new competitive entity was quickly created and promoted by some of the same leaders who had suggested moving to Finmore. It was launched even before Finmore could release its store and commissionable products. Looking back, the recent months have been a complete distraction on all fronts. It is time to put an end to the social media unrest and resulting chaos. The social impact and commercial objectives of both TranzactCard and Finmore cannot be achieved in this environment. Therefore, both companies will cease all operations immediately."
"Our contracted institutional banking, investment, and commercial partners, who are crucial to the success of our outcomes, have expressed their unwillingness to continue partnering with TranzactCard and Finmore due to the compounded noisy environment. They desire to collaborate with us in a clean, corporate environment, but not in the current muddied waters."

What Does This Mean For You?
1. All employees and contractors of TranzactCard and Finmore have
ceased their engagements. There will be no further correspondence
from either entity.
2. There will be no corporate correspondence from me until further
notice. This may be frustrating, but is necessary for the present
while we plan the next steps.
3. My email address will be the only channel maintained for correspondence between these entities. I will address all necessary items from whomever, in their order and within available means.
4. Naturally, registrations for all products and services have ceased.
5. Legal teams are working on mechanisms for the proper wind-down
of TranzactCard and Finmore, including the proper disposition of
licenses and other assets.
6. I understand that some will completely lose faith and some will stay
the course; I will respect your decisions, either way.
Will There Be a Next? Possibly; But Only With Proper Timing, and in an Orderly Manner
Although TranzactCard and Finmore will no longer be part of the mission, the mission itself has not come to an end. Many individuals, along with numerous investors and vendors, are still passionate about continuing this mission.
In the future, you may be presented with a program aimed at achieving our mission. However, this program will only be released if it includes the following:
A functional online store with a wide range of suppliers and products that align with our mission.
An attractive business and compensation system that can be used on different platforms and markets.
A well-funded and prepared operations team.
Partnership with banks, credit cards, and other necessary institutions.
An international platform that allows us to operate globally alongside our US-based operations.
A pre-registration process that rewards those who have been committed to our mission.
Sincerely, Peter R. Rancie
