40 Goat Intestine Curry - Mutton Bot with Luchi to Feed 400+ Villagers - Intestine Gravy Recipe

Today 15 village ladies processing, cleaning & cooking 40 full goat intestine.

Ladies showed how to clean goat intestine in 3 step. First they clean with water and then they clean with hot water and remove black part.

Then they boiled all the intestine using some spice ingredient.

Then they cutting all the intestine into very small small pieces. They also use about 40KG potato and they cutting that potato into small small pieces as well.

Then ladies prepared all kind of spice ingredient to cook delicious intestine gravy curry.

This mutton intestine called by villagers "Bot/Vuri" and very much tasty food for village people.

After preparing all types of ingredient ladies started cooking the intestine. This is traditional style vuri cooking method in village.

Village women also make huge luchi to serve with intestine gravy curry.

After finish cooking intestine curry and finish frying luchi, 15 ladies serve the food to whole village people.

Today about 400 people eating together.
