Note:
1) Full automatic machine, pneumatic Simens PLC control, adopted touch screen in Chinese and English language.
2) Filling volume: 100-500ml. One filling unit, one filling heads each filling unit, adopted with anti-leak nozzles.
3) Filling temperature: 0-98℃.
4) Nitrogen flushing before filling for open the pouches.
5) Whole machine covered by glass.
6) Working process: Automatic pouch-loading, nitrogen flushing, filling, cleaning spout, cap
feeding and inserting, capping by magnetic torque heads, discharging, transport(If connected with conveyor belts).

. Examining 1: While the machine is examining the pouch’s position.whether good or not, if not, the corresponding filling head won'twork.

Examining 2: While the machine is examining the cap whether steady or not, if not, it will start alarm and refuse to work.
