We stayed in Excalibur and got woken up at night by a fire alarm. All guests received a free night as a result of this interruption! Isn't that sweet?

This is voice message that states that guests are entitled to a refund for their stay and resort fees, as well as a free trip to the buffet. This is the best customer service experience I had in Las Vegas.
