When I am at the gym, I want to give my workout 100%, and any form of interruption will not be taken lightly. So you have one shot to create a lasting impression that will capture my attention. It's nice to take your time and observe my routine so that you smoothly blend with me. You don’t have to copy my routine because you become more of a stalker. Timing is a crucial factor when you want to pick up a girl in the gym. You can use nonverbal signs to flirt with her then, later on, get a quick chat and get her number.

You have a narrow window at the gym to get what you want because I am busy with my routine. When you come to me, and you are not sure of yourself, then I will ignore you. Women like confident men, and at the gym, most men portray their confidence of at least act that they are. Look for an opportunity to talk to her, then make it brief and on point. However, don’t sound cocky when expressing your confidence because it can be intimidating.
