MTB Flow Trail is #2 in USA! Best of Dupont State Forest MTB - Ridgeline, Hooker, Hickory Mountain

Dupont State Forest has amazing an MTB Flow Trail that anyone with decent bike handling skills can enjoy, making it the perfect place to take newer riders. They can progress their skills and learn good braking technique while you can shred the flow trails and find all the sick side hits to jib!
We take a look at my favorite three trails to take newer riders..
Hooker Creek was once a blue flow trail and was one of my favorites as a beginner but has since eroded into something that resembles a downhill park green trail.
Hickory Mountain takes you to one of the higher spots in Dupont before dropping you into a slightly more technical flow trail with tons of options to get off the ground if you keep your eyes peeled.
Ridgeline is famous for its flow and it does not disappoint! Over a mile long descent that can be ridden as fast or slow as you choose! Nothing overly steep or technical but just rollers and natural looking berms cut into the trail keep a smile on your face all the way back to the parking lot!

This trail system gets busy on the weekends so show up early or expect the parking lot to be near capacity!
