ABOUT THIS APPROACH - The objective of this methods is to find an appropriate axis and correct the bodily structure by making intensive repetition sets. The SOLPM is a training system intended to give a sense of progress direction with a framework of time estimation and a suggested amount of numbers that will help you to develop muscle memory. However, we recommend that you train according to your limits.

HOW YOU SHOULD TRAIN - The numbers in the video are averages. You don’t need to do exactly 200 repetitions during a day. We recommend that you start with a quantity your body feels comfortable with. For example, you can do around 50 exercises per day and train 2 or 3 days a week and still learn the moves well although it may take longer. Alternatively you can increase the quantity as you get used to this training system after some weeks or months of exercising.

PLEASE NOTE - We take no responsability for accidents that could result from doing these exercises. It is your own responsability to check your physical possibilities and the risks of getting any injury. If you have any doubts about these issues we advise you to consult an expert or a doctor.

3 MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) CAN I TRAIN 2 OR 3 MOVES AT THE SAME TIME? Yes you can learn 2 or 3 moves at the same time but you need to be aware that it will demand much more from your body and time. We recommend that you stretch well and take at least 30 minutes before you train another move. Training in different periods of the day like one move in the morning and another in the evening can guide your progress more clearly.

2) IF I DOUBLE THE NUMBERS AM I GOING TO LEARN THE MOVES FASTER? It depends! Doing more exercises can make you learn faster as long as you are doing them appropriately. But doing the exercises in rush won't help you. It is important to do the exercises in a way that you develop the necessary strength and muscle memory for each step exercise before moving to a next one.

3) I HAVE NO STRENGTH OR FLEXIBILITY AT ALL DO I HAVE CHANCES TO LEARN THE MOVES? This system is designed to help to develop your flexibility and body coordination along the way. If you follow this system you will surely learn something. Just respect your body and train according to your circumstances.
