Advance Wars Days of Ruin Villain CO Power Stormy Times (Extended)

Someone has been playing too much Final Fantasy 13-2 and not uploading enough...
Let's run through them:

Supply Chain: Restores ammo, fuel, materials. Awesome sauce! I go overboard with rigs!
Stormfront! STROMFRONT!!!: Don't really use it often. Changing the weather
doesn't help that much at the cost of CO Zone.
Wingman: EXTREME air unit defense boost! Missiles? Pff! Fighters? Whatever!
Firestorm: Ends the battle. Really! How could the opponent let Tabitha get that much
power in the first place?! I'm just kidding, of course.
Drops a bomb from the Great Owl, dealing 8 damage! And that's terrible.
