How to connect a microphone to an IP camera

In this video we show how to connect the microphone to a RCA audio input on one of our professional PoE cameras that have an audio input available. We use a RCA coupler and PoE power splitter to simplify the connection by taking advantage of PoE power to power both the camera and the microphone.

The microphone we use has a DC power splitter built-in, making it simple to split power from the power splitter to both the microphone and the camera.
