Why Adjust the Door Band?
Sealing: To prevent drafts, bugs, or water from entering the tent, the door needs to seal properly when closed. An improperly adjusted band might not allow the door to close tightly.
Ease of Use: If the band is too loose, the door might not stay in place or could flutter in the wind. If too tight, it might be hard to open or close the door.

How to Adjust:
Check the Setup: First, make sure the tent is pitched correctly. The tension in the tent's structure affects how the door operates.
Locate the Adjustment Mechanism: Typically, there's some form of buckle or a hook and loop system where the band can be lengthened or shortened.
Buckle System: You might find a slider buckle where you can slide to adjust the length.
Hook and Loop (Velcro): Simply peel apart and reattach at a different point to adjust tension.
Adjusting:
If Too Loose: Shorten the band by moving the buckle or reattaching Velcro closer to the door. Test by closing the door to see if it seals well without being difficult to open.
