The Audlem Festival of Transport 2025 is today's video, and we take the Buick for its first visit. This is a vintage and classic vehicle event that we've taken part in since 2005 when we took EEF 439, a Standard 10 saloon fitted with the rare Standrive transmission. Other cars we've taken to the Audlem Festival of Transport over the years include a Standard Companion, Austin A40 Devon and A55 Cambridge, Volvo PV544 and PV444, our Dodge pickup, the '24 Dodge tourer we owned for ten years, and a 1934 Morris Minor saloon car that the tourer replaced.
There are two parts to the Audlem Festival of Transport, the cars initially gather in the Cheshire village of Hankelow, a few miles outside of Nantwich, before the road is temporarily closed enabling a parade of classic cars to head down the road into Audlem itself where all the entrants re-assemble for the remainder of the day.
