The Boss ME-80 has a wide range of drive settings that take you from mild boost and blues tones through to straight ahead rock and metal with some fuzz thrown in too. This video goes through all the different settings and compares the different drives available. They all sound real good through a decent amp and will reward the player who takes the time to learn the different nuances that each offer. It's a great multi Fx for all guitarists looking to expand and try different tones and colours, with the advantages of saving patches and simple and quick set up times.
