The Golden Cross is a term you make have come across in your forex trading before, and if so, you may not know how it's used. Too many traders don't understand the Golden Cross, and as a result, they end up losing money without knowing why.

The "Golden Cross" is a moving average crossover to the upside, and it's counterpart is the "Death Cross" to the downside. These crosses are used to identify the trend direction, the direction that has the higher probability for success. These crosses are not meant to be traded directly.
