Emotional First Aid Academy is on a quest to make mental health and wellbeing accessible to everyone. We do this by making regular people mental health allies through a mental health education. When all of us are on the same page about positive mental health, then it becomes a lot easier to spread mental health awareness.

The Emotional First Aid Certification, the first of its kind in India, educates people from all walks of life on how to improve mental health on a daily basis. Our philosophy is simple. We focus on positive mental health and remove the stigma around speaking about mental health.

EFA certification will help you become a mental health professional in your own right. After the course, you can join our platform or practice privately. The choice is yours. Emotional First Aid Academy will be with you every step of the way.

There are two essential components of Emotional First Aid Academy’s approach to dealing with the mental health crisis.

The first is an Enabler. Enablers are people from all walks of life who get a mental health education from Emotional First Aid Academy. They are duly certified mental health ally, who can make speaking about mental health easier in a friendly environment. Different from a therapist, an Enabler is someone you go to address psychological injuries sustained on a daily basis before they turn into a mental health crisis.

On the other hand, Aspirants are people who aspire to improve mental health. Learning about mental health can be tough. Enablers can guide Aspirants with tips for good mental health. They will talk to Aspirants about things like mental health and wellbeing, mental health and meditation, or youth mental health, thereby demystifying the fact and fiction mental health.

Enablers & Aspirants come together to create a robust mental health community passionate about creating mental health awareness. Everyone needs to feel like they belong somewhere. Emotional First Aid Academy is not only the place for mental health education but busts mental health myths by talking about anxiety and depression. We are all about doing away with the stigma attached to speaking about mental health.
