The Amazing 7 1/4" Gauge Hefty Locomotive from Phoenix. Over Four Years Use on The Ivy Railway.

The phoenix Hefty in detail. My example 'Ivy' is seen from its flat pack beginnings and is seen running on my garden railway 'The Ivy Railway'. The loco is straightforward to construct and takes a couple of days. Not mentioned in the vid, is the fact that decent batteries will last many days between charges. The loco has been an amazing piece of kit and has served the railway incredibly well, transforming my garden here in South Wales since 2020.

The info panels such as 'throttle' 'mad' 'wise' 'horn' etc are from a seller on eBay that do customisable signs for reasonable prices.

Any questions at all please ask! I knew next to nothing about the minimal side of things when I purchased this loco as I had previously only had 5" gauge miniature stock.
