About this Front Splits Stretch Class

I'll lead you science-backed splits drills including active flexibility drills, PNF, and drills that help with your stretch reflex. This front splits class will work both your mind and body, so get ready to go deep.

Revisit this front splits session regularly - consistency is key to learning any skill. Aim to practice 3-4 days a week but incorporate hip and leg stretches daily.

This 30-minute class will progress your journey to front splits and help with hip mobility and hip and leg strength. This session is perfect for those who haven't been able to get their front splits - or who want to deepen their existing splits practice.
