Here is my HF Manpack built off a Yaesu FT-891 with the Armoloq TPA-891B frame in the High Ground Gear Instant-Access PRC-117G pouch.

Very much inspired by The Tech Prepper KT1RUN, this setup has been working for me really well and if I could only have one HF radio setup, it would probably be this. Not the most packable, but it is packable and offers up to 100W for when I need it.
