What's it like to buy groceries at Mao Zedong's home province? Ole Supermarket is not your typical, local supermarket as it caters to expats and wealthy Chinese. I prefer to visit something more local but unfortunately, Ole is the nearest one to my hotel and it's within walking distance.

Initially, I didn't think I was going to be able to buy much here until I found the discount areas. I was able to get some good stuff there to bring back home so I'm a happy camper.

Prices are listed in Chinese renminbi, Philippine peso, USD, euro, and Indonesian rupiah.
