Two PC Stream Setup Without a Capture Card - OBS NDI Setup

Two PC streaming setups are common with professional streamers but require mixers and capture cards. This setup can become expensive. So I took to the internet and learned about OBS NDI. A plugin that allows you to pass a OBS signal over your local network and stream from a separate PC.
