FOR IMLI KI KHATTI MEETHI CHUTNEY

Ingredients :-

250 g tamarind
500 g jaggery ( gud )
100 g dates ( khajoor )
1 tbsp Melon seeds
1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 pinch food color
2 tsp corn flour

FOR GREEN CHUTNEY

1 handful of coriander leaves
4-5 mint leaves
2 green chillies
1/2 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
