Finding the Best Slot 1 Motherboard for my Retro Gaming Rig

When I set out to build Retro PCs the top system I wanted to assemble was a Slot 1 gaming rig. This platform holds a special place in my PC Hardware History. However, the challenge was to build this rig on the Baby AT form factor with the best motherboard I could find. There is still a question about storage and what type I should go with.
