A model is developed for simulating 3D concrete printing using the time-dependent rheological properties of concrete mixtures

The aim of this model is to predict the structural behavior during printing, while the concrete is still fresh, and estimate the overall failure-deformation mode and printing height for a specific design with predefined materials

Future application of this model: improve design choices and provide the designer/operator with recommendations for a better print strategy. These suggestions can be related to, among others, the printing speed, layer height and thickness
