Using the interRAI Assessment System

The interRAI Assessment System is a suite of instruments developed to improve care for persons who are disabled or medically complex. The instruments are designed to work together across the health care continuum to form an integrated health information system. This video highlights interRAI’s approach to using a common language, similar clinical concepts, and outcome measures across sectors to support decision-making from the point of care to the health system level.
