Grocery Store, Bank, Library, ... | The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speed Build

I finally finished my another bigger project of The Sims 4. It's a multi-functional venue – a full town center with a gazebo park in the middle. It has a functional grocery store (click on the brown box under the cash register to hire a grocery vendor), a laundromat, a spacious yoga studio, and a bank with 7 vaults, where rich sims can deposit their money. There's also a two-storey library with children's section, a small cozy bar with a karaoke stage, and a café diner with a romantic outdoor dining deck overlooking the bay and the yacht harbor (when placed on the same location). I built it on Tail's End (40x30) lot in Brindleton Bay.
The lot is uploaded as a park (because then a yoga instructor will spawn), but you can set the lot type mid-game to a restaurant, a café, a karaoke bar, or a library, depending on your gameplay needs.

I didn't use any custom content or mods in this build!
