I Found My First Ever Guitar Pedal! (Zoom 707-II Guitar)

Описание к видео I Found My First Ever Guitar Pedal! (Zoom 707-II Guitar)

A few days ago I was clearing out my loft, and I came across my first ever guitar pedal from c.2001...a Zoom 707-II Guitar multi-fx unit. This pedal WAS my teenage years...it spent many hours being blasted at crazy volume through rubbish transistor amps as I stumbled my way through Muse and Darkness riffs.

When I dug it out, it had a loose connection on the input jack - so I fixed that. But then I thought...is there anything at all in this old plastic enclosure that might be considered in any way useable for a non-amateur guitarist in 2022? Is it just beginners rubbish? Or do cool things lie within?

Today, I'm going to cycle through the 60 basic presets (there's plenty of configurability for each of them - but I'm not going to dive into that to keep the video below 16h long!) and find out. It's going to be messy...!!

What do you think? Anything usable in there at all? Or junk? Comment below!
