ABOUT THE HIKING

NOTE
アルゼンチンのパタゴニア地方にあるサン・カルロス・バリローチェという町から公共バスで１時間のところがトレイルのスタート地点。
最初は４つの山小屋を経由する４泊５日の縦走を計画していましたが、３日目のトレイルが残雪でクローズされていたため、２つ目の山小屋に２泊してサイドトリップを楽しむ３泊４日の縦走に計画を変更しました。
麓のトレイルヘッドから各山小屋へのトレイルがそれぞれ整備されているため、各トレイルは日帰りハイカーや山小屋泊ハイカーが多かったですが、山小屋から山小屋への縦走トレイルはハイシーズン前だからかとても空いており、絶景を楽しむことができました。

The trailhead is located 1 hour away by public bus service from Bariloche in Patagonia, Argentina.
We originally planned 5 days hiking via 4 refugios, but changed to 4 days hiking as the trail on the 3rd day was closed due to a lot of snow. We enjoyed side trip with 2 overnight stays at the 2nd refugio.
Respective trail from base to refugio is well maintained and there were many hikers who enjoy day hiking or staying at refugio. On the other hand, there were few hikers on the traverse trail from refugio to refugio due to pre-high season and we enjoyed the breathtaking views.
