This case deals with art. 17 of Directive 2019/790 on Copyright in the Digital Single Market and is therefore of utmost importance for everybody wishing to have an educated opinion on "upload filtering", "censorship" and "overblocking" in the EU.
The video was made as a contribution to the course "Introduction into European IT-Law" in November 2021.
