Tenere 700 budget suspension upgrade for the average rider.

For the average rider is it really necessary to spends thousands of dollars on new fork cartridges and shock for your Yamaha Tenere 700? I decided that the best way to find out was to replace the shock and fork springs only spending $350 on the complete suspension upgrade. I then went to Big Bend National Park where I rode the dirt roads and jeep trails testing out the new setup. For the average rider the results were surprising.
